Camp Weekend

This past weekend I got to spend a little down time with some good friends and family at a camp in Northern Pa. We had a blast shooting guns, fishing, camp fires, and enjoying some adult beverages. As customary whenever I travel to an area, I always write up a blog post about any Bigfoot sightings from that area. The camp was located  in Jefferson County which is North West Pa.,with the closest well known town being Clarion.

The owner of the camp is not a huge fan of Bigfoot. To be blunt he thinks I'm full of crap! So me being a smart alec I wore my "Gone Squatchin" hat to get him riled up.....which it worked. But It kinda back fired on me because I found myself under attack by everyone at camp. I took it like a champ though and let them speak their mind. I refuse to try and change peoples minds on the subject. Bigfoot is right up there with religion and politics on the subjects NOT to debate over.

Anyway, one day we hiked several miles up a small stream valley fishing for Native Brook Trout. I was truly amazed at how beautiful this area was. It really reminded me of the mountains I hunted in Colorado. Granted the terrain wasn't nearly as steep and treacherous but the look and feel was extremely close. The others fished and I secretly Squtached....lol  I looked for sign everywhere I went and I actually found some potential stick and tree formations but they were so random and scattered that I think they naturally occurred. The area could possibly hold some Squatch though. I wish I would of had more time to explore. I did find this though What do you all think??

If it's a Squatch it's a tiny little one! These are most likely those toe shoes from a little kid walking along the creek. I just thought it was funny!

Here are a couple reports from BFRO website from the area that I was in. These are all pretty close to where I was.

Great things man!

Folks as I mentioned a week or so ago, I will be starting my Squatchin adventures soon. I'm hoping and praying that the Squatch are there and haven't relocated. Word of their existence and location has been trickling out and more and more people are starting to "hang" around the area. I'm not sure how the Squatch will handle more human intrusion but I guess it will be great for research in general if I figure it out, even if it's at my own loss. So stay tuned for some of my own work coming up real soon. I'm getting tired of posting recycled junk!!

I also teased you all about a mystery guest researcher who will be contributing to the blog. That is still in the works I assure you. We are still in the contract negotiations and working out the millions that I will be paying him. Yes I am totally joking!!! Most of us have lives outside of the Squatch world and we can't be on the computer 24/7. Myself and this gentleman are corresponding via email and he is excited to share his research, and his experiences with all of us. What is so neat about doing Bigfoot research is sharing information and stories with other researchers. It's through this sharing of information that you can put pieces of the puzzle together and start to see the bigger picture! Myself and this gentleman have been doing that and we are having a WOW moment at  how similar our experiences are. He has been doing this a lot longer than I and all I can say is we are in for a treat with the work he's going to share with us. So I hope you all stay tuned because the next few weeks should be exciting! Happy Squatchin....

The Crypto Crew: The Very Elusive Yowie

Very nice piece by Dorraine Fisher talking about the Yowie and how witness reports are very similar to witness reports here in North America in relation to Bigfoot. If you remember one of my earlier blog posts about Neil Frost and his Yowie encounter as eerily similar to an experience I had with a local Bigfoot. Here is the link if you haven't read it. http://squatchinluver.blogspot.com/2014/04/do-bigfoot-play-hide-and-seek.html  I'm still on the fence about the whole"super natural" phenomena though. I won't go into great detail about that now. Enjoy the piece!

More proof of Bigfoot attacking Humans??

This is a continuation post from last nights post about Bigfoot possibly attacking humans. The article details some of the more well known cases of Bigfoot on Human violence. Some of the cases were just "mere" abductions, with a safe outcome for the person involved. But some of the other stories involve some terrorizing and violent behavior.

A Closer Look series - Bigfoot recorded in IMAX "Great North" documentary

I heard a while ago this was a hunter, or a crew member that was caught in the filming scene so I wrote it off. But after listening to Thinker Thunkers analysis  I might be changing my mind...What do you think??

Does Bigfoot attack people??

Pretty good article on the possibility of Bigfoot attacking humans and the authors theory of why. I wholeheartedly believe that some of the aggressive behavior reported by some is territorial in nature.  I mean we humans take issue with a complete stranger coming in and making themselves at home in our house...why would Bigfoot be any different. I also would imagine an adult female Bigfoot showing similar protective traits as a bear or even human female. So there is most definitely some territorial, dominance, and protective elements to some of these accounts

But where I differ from the author is, I believe that Squatch sometimes prey on humans. An elder adult Squatch that can't hunt on it's own anymore and might be starving, would without hesitation eat a human. That's my opinion, take it or leave it. I know it's a scary thought but it happens occasionally with Black Bear and they are normally pretty docile towards humans. I'm NOT saying that you should be scared to go into the woods. These types of occurrences aren't the norm and are probably quite rare.  I guess time will tell as more research is done in this field and the Bigfoot is discovered.
